I ship chilled fresh semen by Fedex over night delivery for you to AI your Dam by noon the next day. The very latest I can collect and get semen ready to ship is 10:00 am Pacific Standard Time. You need to call me when your Dam first shows signs of heat.
I recommend you do ovulation tests. Optimum AI is two days after ovulation, enough time to have fresh chilled semen delivered. Your vet can perform progesterone test to pinpoint ovulation or you can buy a kit and do it yourself.
Collecting and Shipping: I collect semen from my stud, and then I put it in the centrifuge to remove unwanted prostatic fluid. I then add ten day extender to the semen and chill very slowly to 5c. Sperm is very slowly chilled and maintained and maintained at the optimum temperature for the entire trip. The sperm arrives in tip-top condition. When the pack arrives you use the chilled semen exactly the same way as a normal AI. There is no special preparation or warming of the semen required just use it as soon as it arrives. If you want to inseminate yourself, just ask me and I will pack a syringe and AI rod.
My Guarantee: I want you to have a successful litter on your first breeding. If you have an unsuccessful whelp, you get a second breeding. You pay just the $150.00 collection/shipping fee.

NOTE: The American Kennel Club takes the position that the owner of the sire is required to sign an application litter certifying only to the fact that a particular dam was bred to the sire identified on the litter registration application form on a specified date of mating.
